Rectangle Compartment Side Way Action Type Jig has two types. One is left compartment side way jig, another is right compartment side way jig.

Application:Placer gold ore,iron ore,tungsten ore
The jig match with fixed screen. It is good for separation metallic ores, such as tungsten ore,tin ore, gold placer,It can separation fine materials and coarse minerals,The largest feed size is 6-8mm but it can be 12mm in few cases.
Jig machine main parts: drive device, jig box,water distribution, diaphragm and bibcock.It have two different sizes jig buckets,Each diaphragm is divided into jig area and diaphragm area by clapboard.
Jig seperator's rubber diaphragm pumping to make medium (water) moving. The triangle belt drives big belt pulley, So connect the eccentric gear and rocker are up and down moving. Another connect rod is connected with the rubber diaphragm which is moving up and down to jig machine.
in regularlyAccording to minerals feeidng size, We can change the stroke of connecting rod, Choose different stroke to make the best recovery ratio. Change stroke method is change belt pulley.
There is screen on the jig,the different sizes material can feed to jig machine. (Note:It can buy the sieve or not). After the feeding minerals to jig chamber, the minerals are separated to different layers in the medium by the pulsation of diaphragm. Fine size and heavy minerals will through bed stone hole of mineral and through screen,This part we called undersize concentarte.coarse size and light minerals will be wash to disharge parts,this part we called tailing.Because the front jig chamber is higher 50mm than back jig chamber, the light minerals is overflow through front jig chamber to the back chamber,If needed, the place of end plate can be adjusted to control the discharge amount. The concentrate in tank can be discharged by in regularly discharge pipe.
